Our diet is influenced by many factors, thought patterns, psychological stress, traumas. It is important to adopt a healthy eating behaviour.
Love goes through the stomach and nutrition goes through the mind. Healthy thoughts lead to healthy food. This is what the 5 symbols are meant to communicate, which serve as companions on the path of each individual.
The logo leaves room for interpretation and that is how it should be. Everyone recognises something different and can identify with it.
The sketchy element is clearly recognisable. This is to show the uniqueness of each individual and take away the pressure for perfection in our lives and eating habits.
Τhe closed eyes symbolise the calmness we need to have during this process and that all answers are within us.
A visit to Vasiliki Mandyli, who was personally my inspiration for the logo, is full of positive energy, understanding and love.
